fantastic stay

the palm court cocktail was lovely. i took some birthday photos around the piano, showing off the beautiful lighting. the designers did a fantastic job creating a sophisticated environment. we felt pampered with a special birthday treat of chocolate brownies and a sparkling fountain.
the bedroom i had was a little compact with noise coming from the floor above. i could hear every footstep translated to stomping downstairs in my room. the mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable.

the hotel features a pool with specific swim times for children this is something you should check. the gardens are well maintained too. the hotel design creates a sophisticated environment.

the reception staff provided excellent service making us feel very welcome. i had a great interaction with a new receptionist i was very happy. the hotel staff showed they really care about their customers experience throughout my stay.

Really good Stay, A Truly Nice Experience

The rooms have good facilities. Decor throughout the hotel is beautiful. I found the staff to be excellent. The Sunday carvery offered a good experience and breakfast was also really good. I had a wonderfully relaxing stay.
The spa did not have enough sun loungers or seats.

i found the staff attentive and kind. the palm court restaurant had superb food and service. the spa treatments were also great and i enjoyed using the facilities.
we were initially given a room above the toilets, there was an endless hand drier sound. thankfully, the team moved us without any problems, but it was initially annoying. the room decor felt a bit dated, not as modern as i expected.

The hotel boasts a superb Palm Court restaurant. Food and service were very good. The staff across the hotel seemed attentive and kind. The Spa and Gym facilities were great.
I booked a table online, having checked the special offer lunch menu. This menu was advertised online, yet it was not available. The room was cold, and I felt uncomfortable in my coat.

We held our wedding here and it was perfect (it was everything we dreamt of). emma supported us throughout planning. She was calm and always replied promptly to emails. alister, our master of ceremonies, took such care of us and organised everyone.
The noise from the disco was excessive. It was loud enough to rival jumbo jets taking off. this made conversation impossible and could potentially damage hearing.

the waiting staff were lovely and the service was quick and professional during the wedding breakfast. the reception team provided assistance with whatever we needed before, during, and after the event. the bartenders were helpful and efficient.
